1Spa Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to allow us to welcome you and prepare for your spa journey. If you plan to enjoy our relaxing facilities before your treatment, we recommend arriving 30 minutes ahead. Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time, and we may not be able to extend your appointment.
2Spa Reservations
To make a reservation, please speak with our reception team. They will gladly guide you in choosing the ideal treatment for your needs and preferences. We highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and services. Please note that the minimum age for entry to the Spa is 10.
3Spa Etiquette
The Spa offers a tranquil space designed for relaxation. Please turn off your mobile phone and respect the spa's smoke-free policy. Children must not run or create noise in the spa or garden areas. Kindly refrain from any sexually suggestive behavior toward staff or other guests.
4Medical Conditions
When making a reservation, please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your experience. This information helps us ensure your optimum comfort and safety during treatments. Please be aware that Mukda Thai Spa (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for any harm, damage, or inconvenience resulting from the use of our facility.
5Pregnancy
Our reception team is happy to assist you in selecting the most suitable treatments during your pregnancy. We offer various treatments specifically designed for expectant mothers, ensuring relaxation and comfort.
6Cancellation Policy
We kindly request a 24-hour cancellation notice to help reschedule your appointment. This notice is subject to space availability. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will be charged at 50% of the service cost.
7Valuables
We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing valuables to the Spa. While lockers are available for your convenience, we recommend leaving valuables in your guest room safe or at home to avoid unnecessary stress.
8Gift Certificates
Treat your loved ones with a gift certificate, available for all treatments and packages. Vouchers remain valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and can be emailed directly or made ready for pick-up at the Spa. Please note that you cannot redeem certificates for cash.
